By confirming your reservation, you agree that the Controller, DIMIKO TRADE DOO Skopje, may collect, store, process, and transfer your personal data, specifically: full name, contact telephone number, address, and—optionally—email address.
The Controller shall collect, store, process, and transfer personal data in a lawful manner, in accordance with the provisions and principles of the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 40/20), for the following purposes: fulfillment of a contractual obligation (execution of the reserved service) and for future marketing purposes. Personal data may be transferred to servers that meet high technical standards for the security and protection of electronic systems; these servers may be located within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia or in foreign countries that meet the relevant legal criteria and have received approval from the Personal Data Protection Agency.
The Controller informs you that you have the right to access your personal data, request their modification, and request the deletion of your personal data from our database.
